My Planner for the transfer :D

Another Week in Corona!

This week has flown by! This transfer has gone by so fast! We find out where we will be for next transfer on Saturday...I hate this time, but it is so exciting haha :) I think I will stay here, but who knows!

Tuesday: we had a looooooooooong meeting from 9 am-5 pm........but it was AMAZING!! I know that there is so much we can do to improve the Lord's work!

Wednesday: Sister Springer was sick so it was a slow day, we had dinner with the Mckee's and we talked about Charity. 1 Peter 4:8 and look at the footnote! We also taught the Smith/Higgin's Family. We meet with them 2 times a week. They are tring really hard to come back to church, so they can  make it to the temple!

Thursday: was planning and another resting day for sister springer. We had our appartment inspections Friday morning so we cleaned pretty fast and it looked amazing! But it only lasted a day...but I tried really hard!

Friday:Sister Springer didn't feel well....so I got a lot of study time in :D which is good because I was behind a little :D during the evening I went out with Sister coy (member in our ward) while sister Springer stayed with Sister Young. We met with a Less Active older lady and she started to sing to us! I love her :D!!! Then I went to the Dinner appointment and it was so much fun! The family had two daughters. one daughter was 3 and her name was Haylee :D I thought that was awesome!

Saturday: Another sick day, but Sister Schunk went out with me for a half hour. I am now ahead in our studies wich is nice!

Sunday: we had a meeting with our Ward Mission Leader. It was amazing! the Work will go forth! We also didnt get home tell...well really late.....oops....we visited with the Church family! I love them! Brother Church asked, "What have you learned on your mission that has changed your life?" I told him that I can see how much Heavnly Father loves all of us! He is so aware of our lives and what we are going through. Also as a missionary we have a special blessing to see/feel how much Heavenly Father loves each and everyone of his children. He loves you so much!

Monday: Was amazing! We played games with the Jacob's family, then spent a lot of time at the Church's.....again :D we went shopping too! OH and the computers were closed so I didn't get to email tell today :D I love you all! Please Read 1 Peter 4:8 It is amazing!!!

In the picture it is Sister Springer, Holland Church, and then me :D I love the work!!!!

Best week in Corona!!!

Man this week has been amazing!!! I cant even explain how much the Lord has blessed us! Thank you for your prayers!! I love you all!!!

Tuesday: Okay so Nothing much happened on Tuesday except we went on Exchanges. This is when one of our Sister Training Leaders came here with Sister Springer, and then I went to their area. It was so amazing!

Wednesday: Was just so powerful! The spirit was so strong! I know that as we plan we can be filled with the spirit and find people to teach! it was just amazing! Something that I learned was that it is important to promise Heavenly Father that we will be on a street at a specific time, and then be there. And expect to find people! IT was just amazing!!

Thursday: Weekly Planning....always takes forever! But the longer we take planning the more investigators we have! We are slowly growing! AWE It also rained.....so hard that we were stuck inside. we dropped our bikes off at a members house and they were nice enough to drive us home! Oh and before I forget I got a mothers day card from Grandma Moore :) Grandma you are amazing! I love you!

Friday: It rained again....then we had dinner....then we went to visit a Less active that is coming to church. It was fun! after that we were riding around and....BAM!!!! we run into each other.....so dumb! We thought my companion broke her thumb and ankle, but we don't know....she still is walking and writing okay so it couldn't be too bad. I only got a scratch on my hand an knee. Nothing terrible. But a member came and picked us up because Sister Springer couldn't walk any more! but that's okay! we made it home and all is well.

Saturday: We had a lesson with Steven! We see him every morning as he is walking to school, so we went to his house to meet his mom! We are now teaching their whole family! Also.....we had to give them to the Elders...because they are out of our area..... :( But I know that there are more people for us to teach here!

Sunday: The Spanish Sister gave us one of their investigators! Her name is Kim. She needed to go to the English ward instead of the Spanish ward. We are so excited! She came to  church and she loved it! It was long, but you could tell that she loved the young women's program! She even wants to go to girls camp! oh she is only 13 years old too :D

Monday: Today we had Cross fit in Riverside! SO fun! we got to hang out with other missionaries and guess who I ran into.....another Missionary from Hooper!!!! We figured out that we are related! So cool! oh and he is in a signing mission. AND!!!!! We will be coming home about the same time!!! He had been out 6 months when I came in so yeah....kinda a small world!!!

I love the work I am doing and I can't wait to hear from you all! I love you!!!

1st Mothers Day!!!!!

Wow Calling home is an experience all on its own! I didn't realize how much I missed my family until I saw them. I knew that this would be hard, and I am continuing on in faith! My purpose as a missionary is to invite others to come unto Christ by helping the receive the restored gospel and faith in Jesus Christ, Repentance, baptism, receiving the gift of the Holy Ghost and enduring to the end. How great is my calling!!!

Tuesday: we were biking close to all day! and we were close to the church so we went there for a bathroom brake. On our way out we saw a car in the parking lot. which is weird because here they lock the parking lot. We go over and we meet a woman named Christine (no not my aunt haha). She had been going through some hard times, and just needed to talk to someone. as we talked to her I could tell she felt better. We gave her a book of mormon and told her it would bring her comfort. She then told us that she had seen the book before and even was in Salt Lake and took a tour! WHAT!!! She hasn't called us back yet.....but we are still hopeful!

Wednesday: We walked...and walked....and walked....and then walked some more. With very little success in finding people to teach. There are a lot of active Part Member Families in this ward. We really need to get into their homes!!

Thursday: Still a lot more finding with very little success.....our faith in God is being tested! we had dinner with the Chase family. they are hilarious! they are a young couple that hasn't been married too long, and they love having us over!

Friday: We had a meeting with our Zone! IT was so AMAZING!!!! Elder Haslem and Elder Heelis did an amazing job! They following the spirit and really helped motivate me to go forward with faith! Elder Haslem said something along the lines of "this isnt a once in a life time opportunity. This opportunity only happens once through out eternity" WHAT!!!! Seriously! I can never be here on a mission every again! I will forever look back at these 18 months, so I need to do everything I can to help people come closer to Christ through Baptism!!!

Saturday: was honestly a blur....mothers day was coming closer....we tried to find! We really did try!

Sunday: this day went by way to fast! Talking to all of my family was the best gift ever! It is crazy to see how much people change in only 4 months!!! awe I have been out 4 months!!! We tried to find people to teach, but our minds were just not able to focus....We ended up walking with no success, but we tried!!! Then we had dinner with the Evan's family after we skyped our families! The Evan's are so amazing!

Monday: P-day we went with sister Young to take her dog to the vet. she has a tore something or other....Hope the dog can pull out of it okay.  the rest of the day I really just need to sleep. Yesterday wore me out!

Love you all! I know that we are given hard things to help us become who we need to be! I love you all and will see you at Christmas time! which is in......(counting).......7ish months! better start shopping haha ;)

Love you!

Hardest week ever!!!!

Sister Springer and I painting a wall at the Jacob's home

I know the Lord blesses us for our short comings as long as we are obedient. Corona is going to be amazing! I pray that I may be able to help this area grow and become an amazing area! Thank you so much for your prayers!!!

Monday: After dinner with the Child family we had family home evening with Sister Young. She is older and lives a lone, so every Monday night we go and see her and have a lesson with her :D she is hilarious and always has something to say.

Tuesday: As we are riding our bikes around I see more people come outside. the Lord is trusting us to teach these people! We just need to stop and teach them :D

Wednesday: our 89 year old investigator dropped us :( she is moving in with her daughter, and wants to take the lessons her in area. We will try to go help her with what we can.

Thursday: We had a meeting on planning which was so needed! We talked with each other on things that we need to improve on. Now it is just doing it!

Friday: after riding bike for so long my legs are so tight! I still run in the morning....and then we lift weights. So my body is really just freaking out at me!!!

Saturday: We did a lot of service! We helped 2 people move, then we had dinner with the Church family. they are hilarious!! we were there a little longer than we should have been....yeah haha :D

Sunday: Best day all week!! Really it was the best! after church I had the opportunity to go to a baptism. :D Lanisha from my last area was baptized yesterday!!! I was so excited!!! On my way there I could hardly hold it in! I got to see a lot of people from the San Jacinto ward. and I lost it! I just started to cry! I hugged everyone, and I knew that everyone missed me and I miss them!!! Sister Palmer (another missionary that taught Lanisha) and I taught the Restoration at the baptism. It was so powerful and filled with the spirit! I pray that Sister Palmer and I get to be companions one day because it was so amazing!!!!

From left to right is Elder Harmon, Elder Snyder, Bishop Rex, Lanishisha, Sister Palmer, and me

I know the Lord gives us trials in life to make us strong so that we can become like our Heavenly Father! Thank you so much for your prayers and support! I love you all!!!
