First Week!!! Love you guys!

Hey everybody!
I can't believe I have been in the MTC for only two days! Time flies here, but at the same time I feel that I have been here forever! The classes are fantastic and the spirit is so strong here! So the first day I arrived was pretty hard...getting dropped off was probably the hardest thing ever! However I kept listening to President Jones when he said, "Keep your eye single to the glory of God! and your family is okay" For the first few hours of the MTC I kept Thinking about my dad and little brother and how many tears would be shed, but then I would focus on the savior. After we got all of our books and stuff we dropped off my stuff in our dorm. It is literally like living on a collage campus! except I dont worry about other sisters in my room stealing stuff :)
My companion is Sister Fuller we connected right off the bat! We are defiantly companions for a reason! She is 33 and on her mission! How fantastic is that! She has always wanted to serve a mission in her mid thirties and I think it's wonderful! Oh wait today is her birthday! so she is 34 haha. The other sisters in out district are Sister Wright and....(get this....) Sister Jacobsen! haha she spells it different than Elder Bryce Jacobson but I thought it was hilarious! and guess where she is from....Texas haha I couldnt believe it! The Lord knows all things haha :) the Elders in are District are Elder Vernen, Elder Mason (Zone Leader), Elder Matau (District Leader), and Elder Jones! They are now my District Family and I love them all! None of the Elders have girlfriends so if you want to write them let me know ;) haha JK! They need to focus on the work! Sister Fuller and I are Sister Training Leaders for our Branch! We get to know all of the sisters and are here to help them with anything they need! Kind of crazy right sense I have only been here for two days! But the Lord knows what he is doing and I will trust in him!
After the first day of classes and food....oh wait about the food....I have been warned not to drink the OJ and I have kept to that haha. The food isnt amazing like everyone says. I mean it's good and it will fill you up! It's just no Rib-eye steak haha! Although the first night they did have steak...it wasn't good....oh well haha.
Yesterday, so Day two we had all day of classes! the spirit was so strong! Something I learned was about how to TAKE the Sacrament. (I forgot my notes so please know that if I mess up Im sorry!) Think of him Always remember him Keep the commandments Endure to the end! How wonderful is that! There are so many Elders and Sisters here! The hardest part about becoming a missionary is calling Elders Elders and Sisters Sisters....the word GUYS is to not be spoken here! so hard! Dumb I know but you go without saying guys for a day.... Tell me how it goes! in the first Devotional We were told the Elders are not Guys...you know who the guys are...they are home dating your girlfriends hahahahahaha! I almost died laughing! Man alive none of our Elders have girlfriends but it is still fantastic!
Oh and a plus that my mother never thought she would ever hear....My side of the Dorm is one of the cleanest! I am well organized just like I said I would be! I just pray I can get everything back in my suit case for the plane :/
Today is letter day :) So when Elder Matau brought the mail I missed him, but the other sisters said, "You got a lot!" I tried really hard not to gloat....but I was so happy when I finally got them I got three letters! That doesnt sound like a lot but hey it is here :) so big thanks to My mom (who used dearelder.com) Chelcee, and the Jones family! Bronson and Eric I have not eaten bacon yet :( hopefully they will have it soon!
I feel that there is so much more that I should say, but nothing is coming to mind....I hope that you can feel the spirit from this letter and from me being on my mission! Every missionary agrees that they miss their family, but it is all worth!
Keep praying and reading your scriptures!
Love ya'll
Sister Moore (no I am not used to it yet..but I will be!)
